1. How do I pay my utility bill?

We have several payment options available, you can pay by:

1. Calling City Hall at 417-682-5554
2. Using the drop-box at City Hall
3. Stopping by City Hall's office or going through the drive-thru 
4. Paying online

Please note bills are due the 15th of each month. After the 15th a 10% late fee will be incurred. Shut offs for unpaid accounts begins the 20th of each moth. 

2. How much is my utility bill?

You can check your utility bill online or give us a call at 417-682-5554.

3. How do I start or stop utilities?

To start or stop service you will need to come into City Hall. 

When starting service you will be asked to fill out a utility application, to pay a meter deposit, and we will take a copy of your photo ID.

To stop service we will ask that you complete our utility cancellation form.
