  The mission of the Lamar Parks & Recreation Department is to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Lamar and guests by offering quality recreation, leisure opportunities, facilities, open space and related services. SOCCER AND FLAG FOOTBALL Click on the link for FORM for Registration for Soccer or Flag Football Soccer is Co-Ed grades K-8 (Must be in Kindergarten in August) Flag Football is for Grades 1&2. Volunteer coaches and helpers are needed. FORM AND $30 FEE ARE DUE MON.AUG. 9th AT REC OFFICE. Games are played on Saturdays here in Lamar.
